Our Training

Every one of our facilitators undergoes an extremely rigorous training process before we ever let them see a meeting. And it doesn’t matter how experienced they are! Our unique approach requires well trained specialists, not “pick-up” generalists. They are trained to professionally react to what is happening in the room, adjust to the setting and generate real dialogue.
